VW Coil Over Shocks - Front Ball Joint

These adjustable coil over shocks fit the front suspension of late model Beetles and Karmann Ghias with ball joint front ends. While they allow you to fine-tune your suspension setup, they do not lower your vehicle.

The shocks feature a durable chrome spring over a black shock body and are sold as a set. The lower eyelet includes a 12mm inner diameter sleeve, intended for trailing arms with approximately 11.9mm mounting holes.

If the coil over shocks do not fit over the lower mount, the original shock sleeve may be rusted in place and will need to be removed. This can often be done with vice grips, but may require heat, a chisel, or a cut-off wheel depending on the condition.
